As one of Rowan's founding Directors, Chris is fundamental in progressing Rowan's revolutionary practical approach to improving sales performance. Chris brings extensive experience in the organisation, management and motivation of sales operations, with special expertise in technology and software fields. In particular, Chris is an expert in sales force remuneration, incentivisation (including commission models), channel partner management and product pricing structures. As an experienced entrepreneur, Chris is highly skilled in product commercialisation, using Voice of the Customer and test marketing techniques to improve success rates and ROI from new product development programmes. Chris has a highly successful track record in sales and business management. He led a management buyout of KCS Management Systems, a provider of HR and Payroll solutions, transforming sales and operational performance to achieve profitability growth of 150% and sales growth of 40%. In addition, Chris raised KCS from 6th to 2nd in the sector. After leading KCS through a successful period of customer and channel partner recruitment, acquisition and product development, and having won several industry awards, Chris sold his stake in KCS for a considerable return on investment. |
